C2S founder, Phil Chmieleski, is a graduate Civil Engineer from the University of Connecticut with postgraduate business studies at Manhattan College and The Wharton School of Business. He possesses a wealth of construction industry experience as a general contractor, developer, and in various national sales roles.
Phil has dedicated extensive time to serve on and lead many not-for-profit boards. This includes the Garden State Rotary (President), the South Jersey Pops Orchestra and Triple Threat Theatre Productions. He just finished a term as a board member of the Philadelphia Construction Specifications Institute.
He resides in Cherry Hill NJ with his wife, Jeneane, and two dogs; Miley, and Limoncello. His two grown children, Andrew and Amanda, live in Washington DC and Chicago. Phil and Jeneane are active members of their community, most importantly Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton.
